Xtra classes for Valentine's on February 12, 2012:

Providing parents & children of all ages to live a pleasant experience for Valentine's Day which features stories, music, relaxation and meditation.
You will need to register to participate - $18 for 1 parent & 1 child (extra children $7).
When: Sunday Feb. 12 at 9:45-10:45am - you need to register to participate.

JourneyDance is a grooving celebration that will have you loving your body & loving your life! Weaving simple, guided movement sequences & free exploration. It reconnects you with your innate state of joyous well-being.
You will need to register to participate - $15 for drop-in or use 1 class on your "yoga class card".
When: Sunday Feb. 12 at 11:00am-12:15pm - you need to register to participate. |
